Bare-Metal Kubernetes Home Lab
A 3-node Kubernetes cluster running on physical hardware at home. Hosts 20+ self-hosted services with full GitOps, distributed storage via Longhorn, load balancing with MetalLB, automatic TLS via cert-manager + Let's Encrypt, and observability through New Relic and Prometheus/Grafana.
MCP Server Setup & Tooling
Building and configuring Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that connect AI agents to real-world tools and data. Includes custom server configurations, integration guides, and training materials for teams adopting AI tooling.
AWX (Ansible Tower) Home Automation
Self-hosted AWX instance running in Kubernetes for infrastructure automation. Manages Ansible playbooks for node provisioning, configuration management, and recurring maintenance tasks across the home lab.
Home Assistant Smart Home
Fully integrated smart home setup powered by Home Assistant. Covers lighting (WLED, smart bulbs), automations, and integrations with network infrastructure. Connected to a Kubernetes-hosted backend for advanced automation.
AI Technical Training Program
Practical AI training curriculum covering LLM fundamentals, prompt engineering, AI agent frameworks, and MCP server integration. Designed for engineering teams looking to adopt AI tooling in real workflows — less theory, more working code.
